Lagos Aglow As Oborevwori, Ibori, Who’s Who Grace Egukawhore-Spencer Traditional Marriage

It was an evening of glamour, culture and distinguished company in Lagos on Thursday as the families of High Chief Emonena Victor Wayles Egukawhore and the Spencer family celebrated the traditional marriage of Dr. Oghenekome Egukawhore and Miss Stephanie Spencer.

The colourful celebration, held at the prestigious Five Palm Event Centre, Lekki, brought together an impressive assembly of political heavyweights, traditional rulers, captains of industry, community leaders, lawmakers, government officials, family members and friends who came to honour the young couple and their families.

Among the crème de la crème of society at the occasion were Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Elder Sheriff Francis Oborevwori, and former Delta State Governor, Chief James Onanefe Ibori.

They were joined by serving and former senators, members of the House of Representatives, ministers, commissioners, state lawmakers, local government chairmen, traditional rulers and prominent chiefs, underscoring the wide network of relationships enjoyed by the Egukawhore family.

The ceremony offered a striking fusion of tradition and sophistication, with the rich cultural rites of the marriage complemented by music, elegant décor, colourful fashion and the unmistakable warmth of family celebration.

Guests mingled freely as the two families formally celebrated the union of Oghenekome and Stephanie, with the occasion providing a memorable gathering of friends and associates from different walks of life.

For the Egukawhore family, the ceremony was not only a celebration of their son’s new chapter but also an occasion to welcome the Spencer family into a bond sealed by culture, friendship and shared goodwill.
